As soon as we started designing wedding albums for our wedding photography clients we realized that we needed an album proofing solution. It was a nightmare collecting our clients’ feedback and knowing when they were totally and completely happy with their album design. Some clients couldn’t receive our attachments and sometimes our messages ended up in their junk folders. Email confusion led to delays and production mistakes and frustration and headaches for everyone. We quickly realized an online album proofing and workflow solution was imperative. We looked around for an existing solution but couldn’t find one that met our basic set of requirements. So one day we brainstormed, dreamed of a solution to our problem, and Project Workroom was born.

Project Workroom’s online album proofing solution has evolved a bit but the same basic principals are present. Project Workroom is an easy to use online solution that allows your clients to quickly preview their wedding album and other photo product designs, and send you comments and approve individual page designs all in one place. It’s an invaluable part of our workflow and we’re happy to share it with you too!
